If what you purchased is defective, the wrong size or is not what you expected, please contact us at gooutdoors@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your products so we can process a return or exchange.
- Please remember that we can only take back unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, but of course, if what you ordered is defective or a mistake on our part, we will handle all shipping costs.
- Refunds or exchanges are only for the value of the products purchased.
